Winter Cooking Classes and Lecture Series

At a time when we are experiencing an unprecedented rise in stress, allergies and obesity, as well as ADD, ADHD and autism spectrum disorders in our children, we can’t ignore the importance that our dietary choices and the quality of our food play in our lives.

This Winter you are invited to join Nancy Princetta, NC for a dynamic adventure in nutrition coaching. Come enjoy these FUN, informative, interactive, hands-on classes!

Everyone who attends will receive a copy of all recipes and ingredients that are presented that night, enjoy a delicious tastings that you are invited to help prepare and the opportunity to have all your questions answered.

All of the menus will be designed to meet the needs of anyone who is dairy and/or gluten intolerant. Nancy supports green and sustainable farm to table local businesses so our ingredients will not only be organic but the freshest available.

Class size is limited so please register early.

Teenagers 15 and older are welcome.

Nancy has taught cooking classes throughout the country to the delight of the participants for more than 25 years.
